The overall cost of the program, which includes housing, food, Hebrew classes &  field trips is $5,300.  You may be eligible for generous scholarship funds* from MASA Israel Journey, a joint project between the State of Israel and the Jewish Agency that supports long-term study/experiential programs in Israel.

When you submit the Eco-Israel application be sure to check with MASA  to see if you qualify for a grant to support your participation in Eco-Israel.  Registering through MASA automatically begins the process for receiving funds to support your participation in Eco-Israel.  If you want to look for other scholarships, there is a listing of resources on the MASA website.  Eco-Israel students have been successful finding funds through local Jewish organizations such as synagogues and Federations.

* Please see the MASA website for eligibility requirements.  Most Eco-Israel participants receive grants between $1000-$4500 to help them cover the Eco-Israel program fees.
